Dear David, I am writing to say how please we are with the home/cinema that Robert David design installed last month. We had spent some time researching the market for home office furniture and invited three well know UK companies to provide designs and quotation. Your company won the business for several reasons. You were very helpful with the design and leaving a copy of the drawings with us allowed time to think things threw without rushing. This was important because you were not afraid to politely question some of our ideas that your felt, quite rightly, were not likely to achieve the best finished appearance. Your instillation team were then very helpful and professional throughout and involved us during the fitting process to ensure my later wiring would be very straightforward. Although there were a couple of minor issues that could not be sorted during instillation these were quickly rectified by Les during his visit the following week. The main reason though that for choosing your company was the attention to detail and striving to achieve what we wanted. We now have a home office that exactly meets our needs, and even completing my VAT returns in the future won’t seam as bad now that I have the right environment to work in!
